Picked fresh this morning.
I may have left this stunning globe zucchini on the vine a bit too long but I'm sure it will be delicious. I cannot wait to cook it up this evening!
Maybe a little stuffed zucchini?

You must use the zucchini flowers!! They are an italian delicacy!. Stuff them with mozzarella and then lightly batter them in egg and flour....and lightly fry and salt..OMG, they are amazing!!
